Join me for a day filled with joy and creative partner movement. The idea is to have fun and learn a lot. How does that plan sound to you?
Part I: 10:00-13:00 – Introduction to acroyoga
Workshop will be focused on basics and introducing you to an AcroYoga practice – it’s a perfect place to start because we will explore it by building solid fundaments and learning how to find balance and learn proper technique so that we don’t only rely on strength or flexibility. We will work on static poses as well as simple transitions that will make you familiar with adding a little bit of dynamics to your practice. No prerequisites, everyone is welcome.
Part II: 13:30-16:30 – Intermediate practice
For those of you who already know the basics I would love to invite to explore some more dynamic movements together. We will focus on washing machines and their elements and will try to learn how to make the movement smooth and effortless. For this part prerequisites are: stable star and coming from straddle bat/backbird to star will be useful.

About the teacher:
Marta Witecka – Marta has always been passionate about movement and its interesting forms. She is a law graduate but the legal path has never felt as exciting as her grestest passions – handstands and acroyoga. She teaches both on workshops in European cities and takes part in artistic projects where she performs with acroyoga. She practices yoga and regularly tries new activities to never forget how it feels to be a beginner in a sport discipline.
What is AcroYoga?
It is a simpler version of acrobatics, designed for anyone who likes to move and explore its interesting forms. It is a practice based on trust, which makes it a unique tool for building relationships with others! AcroYoga can be practiced in pairs or together with more people, with assistance of the “spotter”. It’s great fun as well as a real challenge! 🙂
I reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any time for any reason. The money paid will be then returned. Please note that in other cases than the one mentioned above, there are no refunds unless you find someone who can take your place. Number of spots for the workshop is limited. Workshop will be taught in English.
