AcroYoga workshop for beginners – Berlin 3.11.2019

Would you like to learn AcroYoga? You’ve never tried it and you’d love to make your first steps into this practice? Perfect! I’ve got something for you!

Join me on a 3h workshop where you will get to know all the basics which you need to know to practice AcroYoga safely.

>>You will learn how to use more technique and less strength

>>How to communicate with your partner so you hear and understand each other

>>How to base, fly and spot with good technique to make the practice as playful and safe as possible!

We will explore a few static positions and try some inversions, all in the atmosphere full of mutual support and care for safety.

About me:

Marta has been practicing yoga since 2011. She was drawn to it by the wish to learn handstands but soon it became something much more than just a physical activity. By practicing and teaching she supports and searches for movement based on creativity and freedom. She regularly trains and teaches handstands, she is also known as an acroyoga pioneer in Poland. Since 2014 she’s been leading workshops, courses and classes in Poland and other European countries.
