  • This is a 6 weeks handstand course during which you'll learn basics of handstands and explore the depths of this practice. We will work on alignment, tightness and balance - three elements of handstand - and learn how to implement them into the practice. Each participant will receive individual tips on what to improve and how.

    You will:

    learn how to warm up and cool down after the training

    learn how to find the right alignment in an inversion

    explore exercises by the wall and in the middle of the room, alone and in pairs

    gain confidence and strength

    learn how to enter a handstand and balance it

    explore other balances such as forearmstand or headstand

    learn useful tips & tricks to make the practice more efficient

    learn exercises to increase shoulder and spine mobility

    Requirements: correct chaturanga

    The course program is progressive, which means we will build up the level according to the progress of the participants and it is recommended to join all the classes to get the best out of it. During the worshop we will mainly practice, and some useful handstand theory will be shared during the training time.

    Course will be taught in English by Marta. The spaces are limited.

  • During this course you will build solid foundations for your AcroYoga practice and explore more challenging poses and flows, depending on your and groups needs. The course is divided into 4 classes, each of them introducing new elements and allowing you to repeat what you've learnt before. During AcroYoga we practice in groups, and you don't need to bring a partner with you. This course is included in your unlimited membership. You can also purchase it separately, if you just want to practice AcroYoga. By purchasing the course separately you purchase all 4 classes at once.

    This is a level 1/2 course, which means it is useful to have some experience with AcroYoga as we will continue with exloring basics & add some more challenging elements. But if you're new to it, and are rather fit, you can also join it if you have never done it before.

  • During this workshop you will learn simple self-massage techniques aimed at relaxing your muscles and connective tissue (fascia).

    Myofascial release, which is what we will be learning and doing, is basically a deep massage, where we apply pressure on muscles and connective tissues that surround them & all muscle fibers.

    This workshop will be divided into theory part (around 30 minutes) and practice part (around 2 hours). During the theory part you will learn about fascia, how trigger points are created and what happens when we stimulate them with rolling. You will learn how to spot the trigger points and massage your muscles in a correct way, with a few different techniques, to release the tension and pain from these areas of your body. We will work on the floor and by the wall. During the workshop we will use tennis balls, but you can also bring your own rolling equipment if you have it at home.
