It’s hard to coach yourself by yourself. It’s also hard to write your own training program, and sticking to it is another big challenge! Let me help you with that! Maybe we can’t train together in person, but we for sure can do it online - this way you can still benefit from my expertise!

How will I help you reach your goal?

  • Personalized approach so you can work on exactly what you should be working on to reach your goal

  • Weekly programming with 5 workouts per week and all information you need to practice on your own in between our sessions

  • Weekly analysis of your progress in each exercise you do, through videos you’ll share with me

  • Support whenever you need to clarify something, need some support or want to know more about certain topics

  • Accountability partner - I’ll be there for you, so you stay on your path to success!

  • Weekly video calls where I’ll lead you through the training, explain new exercises, refine your practice and review what we did & your progress

I am there for you!

During our time together I am there for you! I take my time to analyze your movement patterns, verify what you need to reach the goal you want to set for yourself, and make sure you do your training regularly and correctly. I am there if you need some tips and tricks from me in between our sessions, and I’m your accountability partner to support you in staying on your path to success.

You’re there for yourself!

But I only work with those who are ready to commit. I expect a 3-month commitment from you, because this is the time which is required to see any reasonable progress. I want you to be happy with your progress. I want you to feel motivated, and interested in the training. I don’t want to have to convince you to work on your goal. I give 100% and you will have to give 100% as well. So I am there for you, but only if you are there for yourself as well!

What can we accomplish together?

I can offer you my 11 years of experience in coaching people in handstands, building core strength or strong yoga practice (arm balances, inversions, backbends etc.). My new offer is also including strengthening after birth, for new mums who want to get back their core-connection, strenghten the pelvic floor and feel whole again. I give my 100%, and make sure that we work on what needs to be improved in order to help you move forward.

What do you pay for?

First video call & setting goals

Before we set goals, you send me a few videos from your training, so I can look at your movement patterns, and get an idea on who I’m going to work with and how can I help. We talk about that & more during our first video call, where we also set the goals for the first month.

Weekly live call

Every week we meet online for a 30 minute call. This is a chance for you to ask me any questions, and a chance for me to teach you new exercises in the weekly plan, as well as explain all that’s unclear. We verify if you understand each exercise, and what you should feel in it, and if you’re good to go and train it on your own for the next week.

Weekly programming

You receive a weekly program with exercises picked especially for you and your unique body. The program is designed to be done 5-days a week, and you commit to do as much as you can.

Email support

During the training week you can contact me when you need clarification on certain exercises, some motivational speech ;), or anything else that’s unclear.

Weekly video analysis

You send me specific videos from your training, and I analyze them and give you tips what you can improve and how.

Free consultation

Write me an email or let’s have a call to verify if we are a good match! The call lasts 15 minutes and is free. You can ask me any questions about the sessions, ask me about my experence or share your goals with me so we can verify if we can attempt to reach them together.

First assesment & 1st month of coaching

The first month costs €350 + €50. It includes the the first longer video call, where we analyze your current fit level from the videos you send me, analyze where you’re at and what are your goals. We talk about the best approach to your training together and you get an introduction to our the easy online system which we’ll be using in our 1:1 work. The second and third month cost €350.
